Fall Equinox Shamanic Journey Day Away Event

When most of us hear the word "Shaman" we may think of a special indigenous person with mysterious powers. Yet, the word "shaman" is actually a Siberian word for "one who lives the whole life"

Shamanic Journey is a valuable self-care practice that can be used by anyone to receive direct guidance for personal growth, healing and assistance to navigate through the challenges and opportunities of life.

Guest teacher Bonnie (Meadowlark Sings the Dawn) Lewallen will guide us through an introduction to Shamanic Journey in the beautiful red rocks setting of Shadowlight Center. A healthy lunch will be provided with GF and V options available.

Join us for a Day Away to acknowledge and celebrate the Fall Equinox.

In addition to Shamanic Journey, Bonnie will introduce a practice known as “Forest Bathing” as way of connecting with nature and preparation for your journeys. (No need to be concerned, Forest Bathing is done with clothes on.)

Bonnie Lewallen, (Meadowlark sings the Dawn) is a Registered Nurse, a Clinical Aromatherpist and practitioner/teacher of several holistic modalities that she integrates into her own self-care and the care of others. She has studied with a Shaman for 2 years and been using shamanic journey for 20 years.
